Fiera Capital Corporation is seeking an Associate, Compensation to support the Advisor, Compensation in daily operations. You will gather data, analyze compensation plans, and ensure accurate calculations under guidance.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, data integrity, and collaboration with Payroll and Finance in a hybrid Montreal-based environment. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years in compensation or related analytics, advanced Excel, and fluent French and English

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
2–4 years in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics or data-intensive analysis.
Advanced Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, data validation, lookups.

Aufgaben

Assist with administration and calculation of compensation plans across divisions.
Gather, validate, reconcile data for commission and incentive cycles.
Maintain compensation data in the HRIS and support data integrity checks.
Prepare files for Payroll to support accurate processing.
Create recurring and ad hoc analyses of compensation plans.
Share compensation information with the finance department.
