Surrey PoliceService (SPS) has an exciting opportunity for a Compensation Advisor to joinour Human Resources Division within the Corporate Services Bureau. Reporting tothe Compensation and Benefits Manager, the Compensation Advisor is a key memberof the Human Resources team, providing expertise in unionized job evaluation,classification, and compensation practices.
Workingclosely with managers, employees, unions, and other key stakeholders, theCompensation Advisor is responsible for administering and supporting all stagesof the unionized job evaluation and classification process. The positionprovides advice and recommendations on job content, classification, andcompensation matters, while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment withestablished policies, procedures, and collective agreement provisions.
Thisis an on-site position with an anticipated schedule ofMonday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Please note, the hours are subject tochange in accordance with operational requirements.
