Thrive Group is hiring a Full-Time Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for the Bethany Residence program in Burlington. Qualifications

Completion of vocational program for licensed practical nurses (LPN).
Must have completed Canadian Practical Nurses Registration Examination and hold Ontario RN Certificate of Competence.
Knowledge of Behaviour Strategies is an asset.
Experience with persons with disabilities or seniors is an asset.
Strong verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.
Ability to meet physical requirements (lifting/transfers).
Health & safety and first aid certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

Monitor health and well-being of individuals with disabilities, seniors, and mental health challenges.
Provide nursing services within defined scope of practice.
Monitor building for safety and take action in emergencies.
