Job summary

Community Living Greater Sudbury is seeking a full-time Case Worker for SISU house. The ideal candidate will advocate for others, collaborate effectively, and solve problems creatively while working independently with minimal supervision.

The role monitors and supports adults with developmental disabilities in alignment with the organization’s mission. A G license, relevant diploma, CPR/First Aid, and related trainings are required.

Qualifications

• Developmental Service Worker Diploma or related field of study is required.
• G Class Driver's License is required.
• Two Step TB Test is required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification are required.
• ABA training is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Locate appropriate services for clients according to their needs and preferences.
• Interview clients to determine services needed and eligibility for each program.
• Determine if a client meets eligibility requirements for social programs and refer to the proper agency.
• Monitor time frames for services and document when goals are met.
