Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ambulation, feeding, bathing and grooming.
• Encourage participation in activities and accompany residents to events.
• Assist with meal service and nourishment delivery, including feeding as required.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents and families, including palliative care.
• Follow policies on documentation, safety, infection control, and fire procedures.
• Communicate unit needs to supervisor and participate in care conferences.
• Contribute to care plans and related documentation.
