Sienna Senior Living in Elmira, ON is seeking a Personal Support Worker to support residents in daily living and well-being. You will build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, delivering compassionate care in a long-term care setting.

As part of our Long Term Care team reporting to an Associate Director of Care, you’ll follow care plans, assist with activities of daily living, medications under supervision, and help residents participate in programs that enhance health

Qualifications

• Must have completed a PSW program from an approved college or private institution.
• Internationally educated nurses with a nursing degree are eligible.
• Compassionate and patient care-focused with strong bedside skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident supervision and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support resident communication and mobility per care plans.
• Administer simple medications under supervision.
• Promote resident comfort, wellbeing and participation in programs.
