Qualifications

• Completion of a PSW program from an approved college or private institution.
• Demonstrated ability to provide respectful, person-centered care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living support (eating, dressing, hygiene) per individualized care plans.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers using proper techniques.
• Administer simple care tasks and monitor residents for changes in condition under supervision.
• Support residents and families with respectful, clear communication.
