Job summary

Sienna Senior Living Bradford Valley Community in Bradford, Ontario is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker to provide compassionate daily living support and build meaningful relationships with residents.

You will work in a fast-paced LTC setting, assisting with daily activities and contributing to a comfortable, dignified home life for residents. The role requires PSW training and a commitment to respectful, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Complete a Personal Support Worker program from an approved college or private institution.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada or hold a valid work permit.
• Ability to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident supervision and assistance with activities of daily living (eating, dressing, hygiene) per care plans.
• Deliver resident care and services, including support for communication and mobility aids.
• Support resident comfort and well-being with cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual care.
