Job summary

Sienna Senior Living's Case Manor in Bobcaygeon is seeking a Personal Support Worker to provide compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting. You will support daily living activities and collaborate with the care team to enhance residents' well-being. A PSW certificate from an approved program is required.

Evenings and weekend shifts available; part-time. You must be eligible to work in Canada and pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.

Qualifications

• Completed a Personal Support Worker program from an approved college or private institution.
• Detailed-oriented and proficient in bedside care and routine procedures.
• Able to support residents with daily living activities and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support (eating, dressing, hygiene) per individualized plans.
• Administer specific medications under supervision after training.
• Assist residents with mobility devices and communication aids.
• Support residents' cognitive, social, emotional, and oral health needs.
