Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Personal Support Worker for the Bradford Valley Community in Bradford, Ontario. This temporary full-time days role focuses on delivering compassionate resident care and daily living support in a long-term care setting.

You will build relationships with residents and families, assist with activities of daily living, administer routine care under supervision, and participate in resident programs.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dedicated to meaningful work with seniors.
• Detail oriented with careful adherence to care plans.
• Tact and diplomacy when interacting with residents, families and visitors.

Responsabilités

• Provide supervision and assistance with activities of daily living as per care plans.
• Assist with communication aids and medication administration under supervision.
• Ensure access to mobility devices and provide cognitive, social, and emotional support.
