Sienna Senior Living is hiring a Personal Support Worker for Silverthorn Community in Mississauga. You will support residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate bedside care, and work as part of a team to enhance daily health and well-being.

The role emphasizes building relationships, respecting residents’ stories, and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive home. A PSW program is required, with eligibility to work in Canada.

Qualifications

• Completed PSW program from an approved college or private institution.
• Internationally Educated Nurse with a Nursing degree is acceptable.
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in care procedures and bedside care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (eating, dressing, hygiene, grooming).
• Support resident communication and social engagement, ensuring dignity and respect.
• Administer medications under supervision as trained and authorized.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure access to assistive devices as needed.
