Qualifications

• Meet the standards established by the Ontario Community Support Association.
• Knowledge of basic sanitation and bedside care for geriatric residents.

Responsibilities

• Assists in monitoring care to ensure alignment with the care plan.
• Documents information pertaining to resident care as directed.
• Attends in-service education, staff meetings, and workshops.
• Assists in onboarding new staff as directed.
• Adheres to IPAC policies and procedures.
