Responsibilities

• Direct transportation of physically limited passengers to and from destinations.
• Interact with caregivers and community agencies while coordinating with Hope PACE.
• Transport passengers to varied destinations safely, timely, and door-to-door.
• Maintain van in proper working order and report maintenance performed.
• Assist passengers on and off the van in a safe and courteous manner.
• Follow the established schedule and adjust for changes as needed.
