Job summary

Northern Health’s Dunrovin Park is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate patient care under supervision. The LPN applies Nursing Process, conducts assessments, plans and provides nursing care, and may direct other staff within BCCNM standards.

In partnership with clients and families, the LPN supports efforts to achieve and sustain optimal health, aligning with organizational policies and unit protocols while contributing to a client-centered care model.

Responsibilities

• Applies Nursing Process; performs assessments, plans, provides nursing care, and may provide direction to other staff.
• Supports clients and families to achieve and maintain optimal health by performing the duties and responsibilities as outlined in this role.
