The role requires formal caregiver training or equivalent experience, strong English communication, and a commitment to professional standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of a formal, accredited caregiver training program or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong knowledge of caregiving principles and customer service.
• Effective communication in English (spoken and written); French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive homemaking services and assist with activities of daily living.
• Offer companionship and accompany clients to community activities and events.
• Administer personal care in accordance with care plans.
