Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare's Home Health – Complex Care Branch is looking for a Personal Caregiver to deliver compassionate home care in Port Perry, ON. You will provide homemaking services, companionship, and personal care per the care plan, ensuring client comfort and safety in their own home.

The role requires formal caregiver training or equivalent experience, English communication, and the ability to assist with daily living activities while maintaining infection prevention practices.

Qualifications

• Completion of formal, accredited caregiver training program and/or combination of equivalent education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of caregiving principles and customer service.
• Ability to communicate in English; French proficiency is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide homemaking services including cleaning, cooking, laundry, and general household management.
• Offer companionship and accompany clients to community activities and events.
