Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Personal Caregiver to deliver high-quality home care in Oakville, ON. You will provide homemaking, personal care, companionship, and support per each client's care plan.

Qualifications

• Completion of formal caregiver training or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong knowledge of caregiving principles and customer service.
• English communication skills; French is an asset.
• Ability to lift 23 kg and assist with activities of daily living.
• Reliable transportation; driver's license an asset.
• Criminal background check with Vulnerable Sector Check.
• Vaccination requirements may apply per provincial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive homemaking services (cleaning, cooking, laundry).
• Offer companionship and accompany clients to community activities.
• Administer personal care services per care plan directives.
• Ensure safety and comfort of clients to the highest standard.
• Observe and document client conditions and report changes.
