Job summary

Qualifications

• Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized program.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living to maintain dignity and independence.
• Follow individualized care plans and report changes to the team leader.
• Document care in health records and maintain accurate flow sheets.
• Perform vital signs, hygiene care, and safety observations as required.
• Support mobility, feeding, and personal care per plan.
• Maintain infection prevention and safe environment practices.
