Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be registered with and hold a valid practice permit from College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA) prior to commencing employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care and health support to clients per documented care plans.
• Monitor changes in health status and promptly report observations to the nursing team.
• Assist with activities of daily living, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity for clients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support client well-being and continuity of care.
