Qualifikationen

• Ontario Funeral Director licence – Class 1 or Class 2 in good standing with BAO
• Annual continuing education credits as required by BAO
• Minimum of two years in directing and arranging in high-volume settings
• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Coordinate funeral services, guiding families through options respectful of cultural and religious needs
• Arrange transportation, preparation of the deceased, scheduling, and venue setup
• Prepare and manage pre-need contracts, trusts, and insurance agreements, and maintain secure records
• Lead during services, coordinating staff, vehicles, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
• Embrace safety, confidentiality, and discretion across all duties and documentation
