Responsibilities

• Ensure safety in a day program environment and proper driving when transporting members.
• Attend to health and medical needs, administer medications, and document accurately.
• Support individuals with personal development, goals, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with the Coordinator to implement plans and maintain documentation.
• Maintain a respectful, caring environment and communicate observations to the team.
