BGC Okanagan is seeking a Community Support Worker Senior. In this role, you will support the supervisor with the orientation, training, and day-to-day guidance of Community Support Workers, while helping ensure programs are delivered safely, consistently, and with a focus on participant success. You will also play an important role in the intake and onboarding process, ensuring assessments, registrations, and required documentation are completed before services begin.
Our CYSN (Children and Youth with Support Needs) programs provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for children and youth ages 6-18 to learn, connect, build confidence, and develop essential life skills.
