You will work collaboratively with participants, the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD), family members, and other natural supports to help youth identify and achieve their goals. We meet youth where they are and provide individualized and group-based support in both office and community settings.

28.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility in hours
$25.95 per hour
