We are dedicated to ensuring all individuals have a place to call home and offer comprehensive support through our Wrap Around Services, Tenant Engagement Services, and Tenant Community Relations Personnel.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Saskatoon, SK for a Wraparound Support Worker. The role involves providing direct support to residents, assisting with case management, facilitating tenant engagement activities, and collaborating with other community services. The Wraparound Support Worker will work closely with individuals and families to ensure their housing and support needs are met, contributing to a positive home environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Experience in Community Support and Case Management
  • Knowledge of Community Health practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations
  • Experience working with Indigenous communities is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Social Services, Human Services, or a related field
