The Saskatchewan Health Authority invites applications for a Community Program Builder at La Ronge Health Centre. This full-time role supports addicted community services by collaborating with diverse and marginalized individuals and groups to foster transition from program supports to self-empowerment, independence and community connections.

Reporting to the Addiction Services Community Clinics & Programs, the position requires Grade 12, about 12 months of related life skills or social services

Qualifications

• Twelve months of life skills or experience with family/social services (culture/recreation, service clubs, inner city/community programs)

Job Description: The Community Program Builder works collaboratively with diverse and marginalized community members and organizations to facilitate eventual transition from program supports to self empowerment, independence and community connections.
