Shoppers Drug Mart is seeking a Pharmacy professional to manage operations during on-duty hours, provide patient and provider consultations, and dispense medications within regulatory requirements. You will maintain privacy, assist with expanded professional services, and ensure accurate dispensing while coordinating with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Pharmacy operations while on duty, including consulting customers and health care providers
• Dispense medication and ensure accuracy and safety
• Maintain privacy and consent management
• Counsel on prescriptions and behind-the-counter products
• Coordinate with Professional Services within capability
• Communicate with health care professionals and maintain records
• Control access to dispensary and manage inventory
• Review workflows, stock and expiring inventory
• Ensure documentation and regulatory reporting for controlled substances
• Present a professional image at entry/dispensing areas
• Read store communications and complete incident reports
