Responsibilities

• Manage Pharmacy operations while on duty, including consultations with customers and health care providers.
• Dispense medications and ensure accuracy of prescriptions.
• Maintain privacy and consent in handling patient information.
• Provide counselling on prescriptions and over-the-counter products.
• Communicate with other health care professionals within the care circle.
• Maintain records in accordance with legislation and SOPs.
• Oversee dispensary workflow and inventory control, including stock levels and orders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for controlled substances and reporting.
