The Town of Oakville is seeking a Coordinator, Marketing and Sponsorship within the Recreation and Culture Department to drive campaigns, communications, advertising, and sponsorship initiatives that connect residents with programs, services, facilities, and events.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop compelling campaigns, strengthen sponsor relationships, support revenue initiatives, and boost awareness of Recreation and Culture offerings across Oakville.

Formación

• Diploma or equivalent in marketing/communications/graphics or related field.
• Minimum two years in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience creating print and digital content using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding accessibility and creating accessible PDFs and assets.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact).
• Strong knowledge of social media, website CMS, and digital communications.
• Experience supporting sponsorship, advertising, and community partnerships.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create marketing campaigns and content that align with Town branding for Recreation and Culture programs, facilities, and events.
• Support growth and delivery of sponsorship and advertising programs to generate revenue.
• Manage digital content, including website, social media, newsletters, and marketing assets.
• Lead marketing and sponsorship support for Town events and community initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to improve engagement and service delivery.
