Town of Oakville is seeking a Project Manager, External Engagement, to lead communications and engagement across major municipal capital projects. You will coordinate with the project team, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure effective two-way communication with businesses, residents and community groups.

• Five to seven years of progressively responsible experience in project management, communications, external engagement, public consultation, issues management or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing communications, interested parties engagement and mitigation strategies.
• Demonstrated experience engaging businesses, residents, community organizations, senior management and other diverse interested parties.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and delivery of communications, engagement, and mitigation programs for complex municipal capital projects.
• Manage engagement strategies, communications activities, schedules, budgets, risks, consultants, and resources.
• Build and maintain relationships with interested parties throughout the project lifecycle.
