• Proficiency with leasing processes and MS Office.
• Experience using Yardi software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries, feedback, and resident concerns with courtesy.
• Maintain strong resident relations and promote community.
• Schedule tours and secure leases from prospective residents.
• Process applications, leases, and move‑in documentation.
• Prepare weekly traffic and leasing reports.
• Coordinate move-ins and elevator reservations.
