Shannex Incorporated is seeking a Community Manager for the Adeline Hall Enhanced Care team in Bedford, Nova Scotia. The role leads clinical operations, directs client documentation, and champions high-quality care.

You will collaborate with nurses, families, and staff to ensure safe, client-centered services in a long-term care setting. The position requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, active RN registration in Nova Scotia, and at least five years of nursing experience including

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Nova Scotia (RN).
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience including 2 years clinical and 2 years administrative experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct and promote client-directed care with Clients first.
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of electronic client documentation.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and families to support quality care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and accreditation processes.
