Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Current registration with appropriate nursing association.
• Minimum 10 years nursing experience including clinical nursing and administrative experience.
• Excellent communication, computer and organizational skills.
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor trends in evidence-based clinical practice and support implementation across operations.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Improve clinical workflow through data and electronic platforms.
• Research innovations in resident care strategies and infection control best practices.
• Promote relationships with external resources to meet education needs.
• Facilitate clinical education across all operating units on priorities set with leadership.
• Identify opportunities for improvement relating to regulatory requirements and policies.
• Collaborate with Site Leadership to create corrective action plans.
