Relic, an award-winning developer of strategy games, is seeking a Community Manager to enhance community engagement and collaborate on strategies to ensure player-first experiences. The position offers opportunities to engage with players and facilitate the connection between development teams and the community. Candidates should have relevant gaming industry experience and strong communication skills.
Relic is an award-winning developer of genre-defining strategy games including Dawn of War, Company of Heroes, and Age of Empires IV. Newly independent, we are positioned to better serve our players, experiment with exciting new game ideas, and continue delivering the rich interactive experiences players have come to expect from us over the last 25 years.
As a Community Manager at Relic, you’ll collaborate with the team to support and grow our global community engagement efforts and programs. You will be the link between developers and the community, ensuring our players come first. You like to dig deep at the roots of problems to help find actionable solutions and improve the quality of the games we make. By being on the forefront of the community management team, you will directly engage with our fans and support our development teams for years to come.

Compensation
The salary range for this position in British Columbia is between $65,000 - $90,000 CAD a year based on a 40-hour work week. The salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, knowledge, skills and competencies, and business or organizational needs.
