Are you looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to advance your career? We are on the lookout for an digitally savvy and social media obsessed Community Manager to join our team at our Toronto Office!

The Role :

You’ll be the voice behind the Hyundai and Genesis brands online—managing content, engaging with followers, monitoring social trends, and pulling performance insights. You live and breathe social media, understand how communities behave on each platform, and can represent a brand with professionalism and personality.

What Your Typical Day Will Look Like :

  • Manage all social media accounts for Hyundai and Genesis (Instagram, Facebook, X / Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms using social media management tool : Sprinklr
  • Monitor daily activity and ensure posts are delivered on time, with precision and brand consistency

Community Engagement

  • Respond to comments, questions, and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
  • Escalate issues or opportunities to internal teams (account, strategy, client, or PR)
  • Monitor conversations and sentiment across all channels, turning interactions into insights Social Listening & Insights
  • Conduct ongoing social listening to track emerging trends, brand mentions, and competitor activity
  • Surface community feedback and cultural moments that could inform content strategy
  • Track brand sentiment and share real-time observations with strategy and creative teams

Analytics & Reporting

  • Pull regular performance metrics and provide reporting support for monthly and quarterly reviews
  • Assist in analyzing what's working (and what’s not) to continually improve channel performance
  • Work closely with the Social Strategy, Creative, and Account teams to stay aligned on brand voice and campaign priorities
  • Participate in brainstorms and content planning meetings
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of pop culture, automotive, and digital trends to help the brands stay fresh and relevant

What You Bring :

  • 2–3 years of experience managing brand social media accounts
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a sharp attention to tone and detail
  • Strong grasp of written English required, French an asset, but not required
  • Hands-on experience with publishing and social analytics tools
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and platforms at once
  • Experience with automotive, lifestyle, or premium brands is a plus
  • Social CM Software Experience an asset
  • Experience working with multiple clients an asset
  • Experience with PR and escalation issues an asset
