CLV Group is seeking a Community Leasing Agent to join our leasing team in Ontario. You will engage with prospective residents, present suites, and promote our communities and lifestyle options within InterRent properties, learning about our buildings through the Real Estate Foundations Program.

The role emphasizes customer care, sales experience, and strong listening skills. In-office, full-time hours with weekend availability; a reliable vehicle is required to support field activities.

Qualifikationen

• Sales experience or knowledge of the sales cycle.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Problem solving and active listening.
• Fluent written and spoken English in Ontario.

Aufgaben

• Provide information to current and prospective residents with exceptional customer care.
• Present suites and conduct property viewings.
• Process rental applications and support the approval workflow.
• Provide administrative support for applications and correspondence.
• Maintain contact with residents for follow-ups and issue resolution.
• Plan and participate in resident community events.
• Inspect suites to ensure quality standards.
• Use internal systems to record activities and client feedback.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive environment.
• Perform other duties as required.
