Job summary

SimarilInc. in Winnipeg, MB, is seeking a Community Manager to lead 24/7 residential care programs, collaborating with families, staff, and external agencies to ensure high-quality services.

You will supervise house leaders and direct support workers, participate in recruitment, training, scheduling, and ensure compliance with policies, records, and funding obligations. This full-time role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills in both field and office settings.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years full-time Direct Support Work experience.
• 2-3 years Leadership and/or Supervisory experience.
• Related post-secondary education.
• Proficiency in payroll processing (preferred) and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive communication with families, staff and external agencies.
• Adhere to policies, privacy, and legislative requirements.
• Support recruitment, orientation, and staff training.
• Lead scheduling, payroll processing and timekeeping.
• Provide leadership to House Leaders and Direct Support Workers.
• Ensure records meet regulatory and agency requirements.
