Job summary

Calgary Alternative Support Services Inc. seeks a Community Support Coordinator to lead frontline staff, develop ISPs, and ensure CAPCC-aligned service delivery. The role focuses on person-centered planning, community inclusion, and quality assurance across a busy Calgary program.

You will supervise staff, manage caseloads, and collaborate with families and partners to meet individual goals while maintaining thorough documentation and reporting as required by CAPCC standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a Human Services related discipline.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with report writing and client documentation.
• Knowledge of CAPCC program requirements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision, coaching, and performance management of frontline staff.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individual Support Plans (ISPs).
• Ensure ISPs promote community inclusion and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate program delivery and CAPCC compliance reporting.
• Lead staff in adherence to agency policies and CAPCC standards.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and reporting.
