A healthcare agency in Northwestern Ontario is seeking a Community Health Nurse to provide essential health services under the direction of a manager. Ideal candidates will possess a BScN degree or equivalent nursing diploma and experience in immunizations and community health. This full-time role requires travel to various First Nation communities. The agency emphasizes diversity and encourages applications from Indigenous people. A competitive wage ranging from $39.93 to $46.29 per hour will be offered.

Qualifications

• Four-year BScN degree required; three-year nursing diploma accepted.
• Two years experience in advanced nursing assessment with emphasis on immunization.
• Experience working in a First Nation community or equivalent organization required.

Responsabilités

• Carry out Community Health service under supervision of Manager.
• Perform immunization assessments and health care responsibilities.
• Travel to First Nation communities for service delivery.
