Job summary

YWCA BC is seeking a Digital Literacy Trainer to design and deliver practical digital literacy workshops across Metro Vancouver communities. You will support participants with beginner to intermediate skills, focusing on accessibility, safety, and confidence in using technology.

The role requires collaboration with multiple programs, travel between locations, and a commitment to equity and inclusive learning.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or delivering digital literacy, adult education, or community-based learning.
• Experience with diverse learners facing barriers to access to technology.
• Ability to adapt instruction to different learning needs and levels.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate practical digital literacy workshops for beginners to intermediate learners.
• Develop accessible lesson plans and learning resources.
• Deliver workshops across YWCA BC locations and host clinics.
