Job summary
CIBC in Charlottetown is seeking a Community General Manager to lead a high-performing client-facing team across the community, delivering advice, products and solutions to meet client goals. You will foster a positive work environment and ensure strong operations, controls and compliance in the banking centre.
You’ll champion client experiences, recruit and develop talent, and strengthen community ties to drive growth that exceeds peers.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to deepen client relationships and provide suitable financial solutions to meet client goals.
- Accreditation with Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds in Canada) is preferred; CFP/BCO/BME/CPH are assets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a sales team of Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives to deepen client relationships and grow business.
- Ensure effective operations, controls and compliance within the Banking Centre and across community locations.
- Promote CIBC in the community and deliver superior client experiences through proactive leadership.
