Job summary

Cpus Engineering Staffing Solutions Inc. in Oshawa is seeking a Change Analyst to support IT strategy communications and executive briefings.

You will design high-impact presentations, draft clear technical and business content, and translate complex information for non-technical audiences.

This 12-month hybrid role offers 35 hours per week, with a fixed hourly range of $70–$75.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Marketing, Business, Science, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 4–6 years’ experience in business communications, technical writing, or presentation development (preferably in a technology or consulting environment).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with a strong portfolio of visually compelling presentations.
• Strong graphical design skills and familiarity with visual storytelling techniques; experience with consensus building and executive level communications is an asset.
• Experience managing content in Content Management Systems (e.g., SharePoint, WordPress) is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messaging for different audiences
• Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts quickly, with a growth mindset and curiosity about technology and strategy.
• Experience supporting organizational change or transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to measure and improve communication effectiveness using feedback, analytics, or engagement metrics.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices and standards for digital communications and materials.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
