Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Communications Specialist to join our team. The Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that support our organization's initiatives. You will ensure that all communication efforts are aligned with our company's mission and goals and are aimed at maximizing awareness, engagement, and adoption of our products and services.

Reporting to the Marketing Operations manager, you will work with the various cross-functional teams in marketing.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans for all organizational initiatives, including product launches, campaigns, and events.
  • Create and manage communication timelines and project plans to ensure timely delivery of all communication assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging.
  • Work closely with the design team to create engaging and visually appealing communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, advertising and social media posts, and other promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Update the company's website and social media presence to ensure timely and engaging content is shared with our audience.
  • Develop and manage relationships with vendors for specialized writing assignments and translation services.
  • Provide guidance and support to executives and spokespeople on effective communication techniques for public appearances and media interviews.
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of communication best practices and experience developing and executing communication strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proven experience creating compelling communication materials across multiple channels, including digital and traditional media.
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive and vibrant attitude.
  • Experience working with media outlets and influencers.
