CLEAResult in Laval, Quebec is seeking a Finance Manager to act as a hands-on partner to the business unit. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, planning and reporting, partnering with leadership to drive informed decisions and improve financial processes.

The role requires strong technical skills, bilingual communication, and on-site presence in Laval. Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of finance experience, an advanced credential, and a proven ability to influence at the executive level while

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred MBA; CPA, CMA, FP&A or similar credential.
  • Fluency in English and French; strong communication with leadership.
  • Based in Quebec; able to work on-site in Laval at least 3 days/week.
  • 7–10 years in finance; prior leadership is a plus.
