ZOÏ Agency, a boutique Public Relations agency, is seeking a bilingual Communications Coordinator in their Montreal office. Our ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience and is passionate about pursuing a career in the fashion, design, hospitality, and beauty PR industry. This is a full-time role located at our offices in Old Montreal, with hybrid work-from-home options.

As a Coordinator in our Montreal office, you will work alongside a small team of communications professionals and contribute to larger projects, along with standard administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about the fashion/lifestyle industry, hardworking, detail-oriented, and eager to learn more about media relations within these industries. A motivated work ethic, initiative, and a drive to excel are highly valued.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Interacting with fashion, beauty, design, and hospitality brands
• Participating in brainstorm sessions
• Coordinating sample requests
• Researching for projects
• Managing and updating media lists
• Tracking media coverage and reporting results
• Supporting media requests and influencer partnerships
• Writing and translating press materials in French and English
• Assisting with event planning

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant PR experience (agency preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, journalism, or marketing (preferred)
• Knowledge of Canadian publications
• Proficiency in Mac OS and Microsoft Office
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Fully bilingual in French and English, with strong communication skills

Additional Information:
