Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Commissioning Coordinator Co-op for the DNNP site in Clarington, Ontario. You will assist with handover, commissioning, and turnover documentation, including procedure writing, template development, report preparation, and CCM tool configuration.

This role requires ongoing collaboration with project teams, supports administrative tasks, and involves budget estimation and meeting coordination. In-person site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a post-secondary degree or diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) is preferred.
• Proficient written communication skills.
• Knowledge of SharePoint applications an asset.
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills in communicating with a large team.
• Knowledge of Aconex, Bluebeam, Excel is an asset.
• Valid G license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work in-person at site office/trailer.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing TCCC activities including walkdowns and document package prep.
• Assist with Construction Handover and System Turnover processes and punchlist administration.
• Assist with CCM data configuration and milestone definitions.
• Coordinate with the site digital team to prepare CCM tool for implementation.
• Assist in issuing CCM reports in support of TCCC, Handover and Turnover.
• Prepare for Device Component Testing and Pre-Operational Testing activities.
• Participate in meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
