Job summary

Natural Factors Inc. is seeking a Commissary Associate to support our onsite Employee Commissary operations in Coquitlam, BC. You will ensure excellent service, manage stock, and keep displays organized during a Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm shift.

The role requires at least 1 year in frontline customer service, experience with retail POS and Shopify, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Health industry exposure and Syspro familiarity are considered assets.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a frontline customer service role.
• At least 1 year of experience using retail POS systems and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience or knowledge within the health industry, as well as Syspro experience, considered strong assets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by providing product knowledge and assisting employees and guests with their purchases.
• Process sales transactions accurately through the point-of-sale system and handle a variety of payment methods.
• Monitor inventory levels, complete cycle counts, and ensure inventory records remain accurate across Shopify, Syspro, and related systems.
• Coordinate product shipments to staff outside the Coquitlam area and collaborate with internal departments to resolve inquiries and issues.
• Merchandise new products, maintain commissary displays, and support the management of discounted short-dated and damaged inventory.
