Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Second Cook to join our team. This is a second cook position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast and brunch dishes to a high standard.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Second Cook to join our team. This is a second cook position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast and brunch dishes to a high standard.

Hours: Must be available to work weekends 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing brunch dishes to the highest standards, including breakfast sandwiches,

omelets, pancakes, waffles, and other breakfast items.

  • Prepping for the weekend brunch service on Fridays from 8am until noon, ensuring all

ingredients are in stock and ready to use.

  • Cooking for the weekend brunch service on weekends from 6am until 2:30pm, ensuring

all ingredients are in stock, ready to use and prepared to specifications.

  • Ensuring all food is prepared and cooked in a timely manner, and to the highest

standards.

  • Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
  • Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed at all times.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working with breakfast recipes and eggs.
  • Food Safe Certification.
  • Strong cooking skills, including the ability to prepare and cook a range of breakfast

dishes to a high standard.

  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for food.
  • A commitment to following health and safety regulations at all times.

Wage: $23.03 per hour + grats
