Job Description
  • Organise and deliver outstanding food and service
  • Prepare for conferencing and à la carte service
  • Food preparation and presentation according to guidelines
  • Complete parts of the food control plan
  • Ensure all food is stored and handled as per the food control plan
  • Wash dishes
  • Adapt flexibly to guests' needs
  • Part-time - 8 hours

Qualifications
  • Completed Level 3 or above in Professional Cookery
  • A passion for food and culinary arts
  • Team player
  • Effective time management and efficiency
  • Ability to work 7 days a week on varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Physically fit, reliable, and punctual
