Overview

Are you looking to join a dynamic team within an international company specializing in logistics and freight forwarding?

We are currently seeking a motivated professional to join our Import/Export Operations team.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end import and export operations process.
• Monitor and track shipments through carriers’ online portals.
• Prepare and submit import bookings, customs documentation, and delivery orders for carriers.
• Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and clients to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle file costing, billing, and expense tracking.
• Keep shipment statuses up to date in the internal system.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and emails.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in international freight forwarding or logistics operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and customer-service orientation.
