Job summary

Definity, including Economical Insurance, Sonnet Insurance, Family Insurance Solutions and Petline Insurance, offers a hybrid work environment in Canada. The role supports the Processing Center and collaborates with Underwriting teams to process commercial business requests within defined service levels.

Qualifications

• Completed high school diploma.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with case management tools, portals or databases is a plus.
• Post-secondary degree or CIP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand underwriting processes and guidelines.
• Support completion of tasks with Underwriters and Technical Processing teams.
• Meet defined SLAs and OLAs.
• Maintain accuracy and data entry in policy systems.
• Order required reports on policies.
• Support general office duties as needed.
